Normalization Path of Political Inspection in Colleges  and Universities Based on SMART Rule—Taking Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example

Abstract: SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound) rule is a kind of objective management method, which can effectively assist in formulating and implementing objectives and improve work efficiency. With the purpose of making the objectives of the political inspection in colleges and universities clearer and the effect more remarkable, according to the principle and the five target management components of SMART rule, the problems existing in the political inspection work in colleges and universities are analyzed, and a normalization path is put forward, and applied to the political inspection work of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, which has a certain guiding role in the construction of political inspection path in colleges and universities.
