The results show that industrial intelligence has significantly promoted employment growth in China, and has a more significant impact on employment growth of the central and western regions and high- skilled labor force. It not only intensifies the trend of unipolar polarization of employment structure, but also promotes the “Jump” flow of labor force among industries. Furthermore, industrial intelligence promotes employment growth through the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure. From the perspective of salary effect, industrial intelligence has significantly reduced the salary gap in manufacturing industry as a whole, narrowed the salary gap between the middle and high income groups, and widened the salary gap between the middle and low income groups. %U https://journalsk.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.19722/j.cnki.1008-7729.2020.0221
