To address the limitation of traditional Imitating-Given-Demo teaching pattern adopted by most innovative curriculums, this paper the  teaching pattern of project-based innovation practice curriculums is explored, with the objective of cultivating undergraduates’ scientific research quality. Based on four years of teaching practice of explores the Open-Project teaching principle based on four-year practices, conducted on “Innovation Experiment” cCourse of conducted in School of Information and Communication Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and TelecCommunications, to study the innovation strategies on course contentdesigning,  teaching method, teaching implementationorganizing and gradingteaching criteria on innovation education are expounded. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed course innovation principleteaching pattern, the feedbacks of more than 70 students are collected through questionnaire and therefore comprehensively analyzed. The results demonstrate that project-based the Open-Project along withand tTrial-and-eError learning patterns are feasible and effective to cultivation of is capable of significantly improving the cultivation of multiple research qualities for undergraduate studentss’ scientific research ability.
