The transformation of Internet finance to FinTech involves organizational or institutional changes in the sense of organizational sociology. The structural changes in the technological environment mean the expansion of scope and scale of financial markets, the acceleration of financial transactions, and the blurring of financial regulatory boundaries. Changes in the environment have promoted the proactive transformation of Internet finance companies into FinTech companies in order to obtain “legitimacy” recognition from regulatory agencies and the market. Faced with profound changes, the self-structure adjustment of financial supervision requires three measures: regulatory sandbox, financial technology franchising and regulatory technology. In the context of increasingly close ties between financial institutions and technology companies, FinTech should move towards the compliance road of financial license management, and actively develop inclusive finance and FinTech standardization systems. %U https://journalsk.bupt.edu.cn/EN/10.19722/j.cnki.1008-7729.2020.0350
