%X Since 2020, the word “involution” has changed from a classic academic concept to a popular buzzword, which is used by netizens to express individuals and collectives negative emotions, that is, the sense of involution The sense of involution is compounded by pressure, anxiety, burnout and loss The sense of involution stems from the chaotic development of ICT industry, the complex internal and external environment of todays society and the affective network communication ecology The sense of involution also reflects the internal trend of digital communication of negative emotion, which is mainly manifested in three levels: transience, distortion and decriticism In order to reduce the adverse effects caused by the disorderly spread of negative emotion, emotion governance is needed to promote the modernization of Chinas governance system and capacity.
