This paper aims to investigate the application of the Large Language Model in educational question-answering systems, and explore its optimization strategies in the educational domain. In recent years, methods based on pre-trained models have garnered much attention in the field of natural language processing. Large Language Model, as a pre-trained language generation model, holds promising potential for reducing development costs and enhancing accuracy in educational question-answering systems. A comprehensive analysis is made from three key aspects: the practical application of Large Language Model in educational question-answering systems, its impact on the educational sector, and optimization approaches. Regarding the practical application in education, the effects of multi-turn question-answering, zero-shot (few-shot) learning, and multi-modal query handling are investigated, and a quantitative analysis is conducted. Additionally, a strategy based on Hard Prompts is explored, aiming at elevating the performance and applicability of Large Language Model in educational question-answering systems. Through a comprehensive evaluation of its strengths and limitations, reference and guidance are provided for intelligent tutoring within the realm of education.

Harmony between humanity and nature is one of the basic features of a Chinese path to modernization. By literature research, the generation logic and global significance of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature is analyzed in terms of theory, history and reality. It is found that the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature originates from harmony between humanity and nature in Marxist theory, the ecological wisdom within China’s fine traditional culture, and a rethink of inherent deficiencies of western countries’ ecological modernization. In terms of its global significance, it surpasses the western model of ecological modernization, provides a new mode of ecological civilization for developing countries, and contributes Chinese wisdom to global ecological governance. Therefore, the philosophy of harmony between humanity and nature should be adhered to, strengthening the exploration of voice transmission and recognition of the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature and manifesting its global significance.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence has promoted the intellectualization in the field of education, and research on the construction of subject knowledge system by using knowledge graphs has emerged. The knowledge system constructed by knowledge graphs can model the correlation among knowledge points and form the course knowledge context, which is helpful for learners to memorize and understand knowledge in a deep level. However, the teaching resources of subject courses are diverse and scattered, and the existing automatic construction methods often use a single data resource with low resource utilization rate, which is difficult to provide guidance for the construction of professional knowledge systems. Moreover, low degree of automation and high cost need different modules to process the unstructured texts and generate the graphs, so reproducibility and portability are weak. Therefore, an optimization process of subject knowledge graph construction is proposed based on the large language model, which highly integrates the advantages of the large language model and the logical correlation of knowledge in various subjects. Specifically, taking the major of communication as an example, the powerful function of a large language model such as ChatGPT is used to design a knowledge system through subject knowledge analysis by using a variety of knowledge sources, so as to automatically extract knowledge entities and knowledge relations based on teaching resources to form a final subject knowledge system, which can also be introduced to other subject fields.

With the rise of the metaverse concept, virtual digital humans are increasingly being applied in various industries. The application of virtual news anchors in the media field is emphasized. The public’s evaluation on the simulation dimension of virtual news anchors is measured through online experiments, the impact of simulation degree on users’ acceptance willingness is analyzed, and a structural equation model is used to examine the mediating role of the uncanny valley effect. It is revealed that the closer virtual digital humans align with human characteristics in terms of appearance, behavior and language habits, the more likely they are to elicit positive emotions in the audience. Consequently, this enhances audience acceptance levels, as well as their willingness to use and watch these digital humans. However, it is found that the mediating effect associated with the uncanny valley is absent. In other words, the uncanny valley effect didn’t exert a significant influence on audience’s willingness to use these virtual news anchors. The audience didn’t show observably negative emotions as simulation degree of virtual news anchors increases. Conversely, the audience more liked virtual news anchors who closely resembled humans, and expectations were formed for the application scenarios of virtual anchors of different genders.

Based on the data of segmented patents and digital transformation of A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021, the quantity and the quality of authorized patents are used to measure the level of groundbreaking innovation of enterprises, and the impact of digital transformation on groundbreaking innovation and its internal mechanism is empirically tested through the instrumental variable method and the time-varying DID (Difference-in-Differences) model. The study reveals that the digital transformation significantly promotes the level of groundbreaking innovation of enterprises, and the effect is more obvious in private enterprises, capital-intensive enterprises, enterprises in southern and coastal areas, high-tech industries and high-competitive industries. The mechanism analysis shows that the enhancement of groundbreaking innovation capability of enterprises is mainly caused by the optimization of the structure of labor force, the increase in R&D intensity and total factor productivity brought about by enterprises’ digital transformation. Further, it is found that smart city pilots promote the digital transformation and the improvement of groundbreaking innovation level of enterprises. Based on the quality of patents, it is found that there is a significant “U-shaped” relationship between digital transformation and groundbreaking innovation quality of enterprises. The above conclusions provide important empirical evidence and policy enlightenment for enterprises to accelerate the digital transformation and obtain groundbreaking innovation.

The New Basel III Market Risk Standard has made revolutionary revisions to the measurement logic of market risk capital. In order to understand its impact on commercial banks, its measurement logic and challenges are mainly analyzed. Based on assumed investment portfolios, calculation comparing the new and old standards is conducted. It is concluded that the implementation of the new market risk standard will significantly increase the level of market risk capital provision for commercial banks. It also makes higher requirements for market risk identification, measurement, systems, and limits management. It is recommended that relevant banks expedite business restructuring in line with the capital provisioning requirements of the new market risk standard. This may include, but is not limited to, appropriately increasing the proportion of interest rate bond investment in trading books, reducing the proportion of high-risk weighted bonds in credit bonds, and controlling the scale of unilateral traded options and unilateral precious metal trading businesses. These actions will promote the improvement of capital utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, it is suggested that commercial banks take the implementation of the New Basel III as an opportunity to comprehensively enhance their market risk measurement and management capabilities, laying a foundation for the development of market risk business.

Ethical leadership is a leadership style that emphasizes ethics, which plays an important role in shaping and promoting employees’ organizational citizenship behavior. Based on social learning theory and SOR (Stimulus Organism Response) model theory, the mechanism and boundary conditions of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior are discussed. Through the empirical analysis of 310 questionnaires, a moderated mediation model is constructed. The results show that ethical leadership is helpful to the production of employees’ green behavior; The green psychological climate partially mediates the positive influence of ethical leadership on employees’ green behavior; Perceptions of insider status play a positive role in the process of green psychological climate affecting employees’ green behavior. Based on these, leaders should strengthen their own environmental morality, supervise and guide employees’ green behavior, enhance employees’ green psychological climate, deepen employees’ perceptions of insider status, and further make employees show more positive green behaviors to improve the green performance of enterprises.

The CPC Central Committee’s decision to reach peak carbon emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060 not only concerns a community with a shared future for mankind, but also, to some extent, adjusts the developing mode of China’s economy in the future. In the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, low-carbon economy and digital economy are integrated, and low-carbon transformation and digital transformation complement each other. Therefore, the low-carbon city pilot policy from 2010 is taken as a “quasi-natural experiment”. Based on the micro-data of listed manufacturing enterprises from 2008 to 2020, the multi-time point DID (difference in differences) model is used to explore the influence of the policy on enterprises’ attention to digital transformation and its mechanism. The research shows that the low-carbon city pilot policy significantly improves enterprises’ attention to digital transformation; Enterprises located in pilot low-carbon cities pay 8.5% more attention to digital transformation than those not located in pilot low-carbon cities. This policy increases the attention of enterprises’ digital transformation through two mechanisms: risk at the enterprise level and enterprise output. In the heterogeneity analysis, the influence of this policy on the attention to enterprises’ digital transformation is significantly different among enterprises with different ownership and different ages. This paper provides an important empirical test for China’s listed manufacturing industry that should increase its attention to enterprises’ digital transformation in the low-carbon transformation, provides further research on the digital effect of policy effects, and lays a solid foundation for research on the cross-prospect of low-carbon and digitalization in the future.

From the perspective of the legislative process of virtual property, the specific meaning and the legal nature of virtual property are still absent in legislation in China, which cannot provide practical guidance for the subsequent rules in the field of virtual property and will ultimately not be conducive to the protection and development of virtual property. Debates in theory and avoidance in judicial practice make it urgent to identify the nature of virtual property. In fact, the interpretation of the legal term of virtual property must return to the most basic legal interpretation method, in which the virtual property defined as “civil interests” by the method of purpose interpretation and included into the protection scope of tort law is expected to become an effective complement to the identification and protection of virtual property in China.

With the rapid development of Internet communication technology, humans have undoubtedly entered the era of big data. This era has also put forward new requirements for the construction of digital government, that is, from government information disclosure to government data openness. In order to meet the new requirements, China has implemented a series of policies and measures for the open utilization of government data through the overall integration of government information work. Whether in the process of legal system construction, organizational structure establishment, or platform construction, significant achievements have been made in the open utilization of government data. However, there are still challenges such as low legislative level and neglect of application due to much management, difficulty in grasping data ownership and opening scope, difficulty in implementing data opening procedures, insufficient motivation and ability for data opening, inadequate supervision and management of data open utilization, and less influence of data applications. In order to further institutionalize and standardize the management of government data open utilization, it is necessary to establish an efficient and collaborative organizational operation system, establish a legal norm system for government data open utilization, establish a specialized talent guarantee system, establish a sound supervision and evaluation work system, and create and optimize the environment for government data development and utilization, to promote the legal development of government data open utilization in depth.
